Ways to engage
Everyone else is more than welcome to help is the practical running and administrative support side of our activities.
Our work is supported by donations from individuals, our own fundraising efforts, and in the past we have received funding assistance from the Manx Lottery Trust.
As with al charitable organisations funding is an ongoing challenge.
One off general donations are always welcome, or donations set against specific activities such as The Discovery Café, Peer Mentor training or events is also possible.
We can work with your people to come up with fund raising events or sponsored events that raise the profile of the challenges we help with and informs people about the realities of the challenges and the way people can transform their lives.

They will listen to you and help you talk through your concerns, worries and troubles. They’ll focus on your thoughts and feelings, and may ask questions to help you explore how you feel.
They won’t make decisions for you, our advice or opinions are not important for the call.
